• Those who guided al-Issa to Boulder are not from that state, but they want you to think they are.
• Those who guided Noah Green were the same guys; they aren’t from DC either.
• The latter occurrence was to take attention away from the former.
• The same guides are involved in Case Study 8 and Case Study 11.
• The same guides are involved in Case Study 13, they aren’t from NM either.
• To find these two zombies they had to have a source. Someone who knew about them. The sources may live close to the targets and may be tied in with the guides.
