Many people have had out of body experiences. Generally they are viewing themselves from above, sometimes from the ground level. It depends. Most men say their experience(s) happened during sex. Among women this is considered a bit cliche and worthy of a joke or two.

If you are one of these people, male or female, consider this. How is it that you are observing yourself doing something, be it sex or anything else, when your consciousness is not in your body? For that matter, how did you just happen to leave your body?

It wasn’t spontaneous; you were pulled out. Your person, your body, was not performing functions with your consciousness, but someone’s consciousness is controlling it. You were allowed to observe, rather than have missed time.
