The slaughter in Mexico (yesterday’s post) has continued highlighting the government’s ineffectiveness. There have been over 33,000 homicides this year. The government has successfully investigated less than 2% of those (Brookings).
The Federal Police (Federales) were folded into the National Guard in 2019. Now the National Guard and Army put on mostly a show of force. They patrol but do not arrest anyone. Drug cartels and vigilante groups, accepted since 2014 (CBSNews), square off in affected areas.
In 2018, during a trial of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman Loera, Jesus Zambada García, testified to bribing Genaro García Luna with suitcases stuffed with $3 million in cash on two occasions. Garcia Luna had been the Mexican Secretary of Public Security. He was arrested in Dallas in 2019.
In 2020, the US arrested General Salvador Cienfuegos at the Los Angeles International Airport. The DEA found evidence that he was “El Padrino” the head of the H2 Cartel while acting as the Secretary of National Defense. He was returned to Mexico by then USAG William Barr. He is now an advisor to the new Secretary of National Defense Louis Sandoval. He has retained this position even after his arrest by the United States.
Since this incident the US DEA has been unable to assist the Mexican government. The military seems unwilling to intervene in affected areas (Brookings). Obrador Lopez’s government has attempted to utilize social programs to fight crime but has abandoned good policing.
One of the key problems Mexican citizens experienced during the rise of the cartels was their inability to defend themselves. Large, well armed, gangs of cartel members easily took over towns. The situation got so out of hand they armed themselves. Now the government seems content to act as onlookers. Perhaps they want the experiment with armed civilians to fail. It seems there is some collusion between certain members of government and the cartels.
Why would the Controllers want to discourage gun ownership in the US by law abiding citizens after creating the situation in Mexico? Perhaps they would like to repeat the situation here. 33,000 souls in a year is nothing to laugh at. They would target the aware souls they want most, to maintain their dominance.
This is the birth chart of Melvin Purvis (October 24, 1903 – February 29, 1960). Purvis was a famous FBI agent. He was credited with the capture or killing of Baby Face Nelson, Pretty Boy Floyd and John Dillinger. The problem was J Edgar Hoover got a little jealous of all the press Purvis was getting. He resigned from the FBI in 1939 and practiced law. He joined the Army in WWII and attained the rank of colonel. He was an intelligence officer and was instrumental in gaining convictions of Nazi war criminals during the Nuremburg Trials.
Next is the chart of Wesley Allan Dodd (July 3, 1961 – January 5, 1993); brainwashed child molester and murderer. He was convicted and executed by hanging in 1993 for the deaths of three boys in southern Washington State. The victims are highlighted in Case Study 5 and Case Study 6.
Lastly is the chart of Arcan Cetin (20 August 1996 – 16 April 2016), the shooter at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, WA in 2016. Cetin was born in Turkey. His parents moved to Washington State while he was a child. Cetin hung himself in jail in 2017 after having admitted to and been convicted of the crime.
He had been taken to the northern part of the state in his next life. He was made “not gay anymore” near the place where Phil lived at the time. This was to alleviate any suspicions the fraud Rommel (who is really Fromm) had anything to do with his programming.
Programming and Handling mass shooters is intended to create an argument for gun control. Because they pretend to be right wing gods they want the blame to go to their cohorts who pretend to be left wing gods.
