Deceased souls can be manipulated. The ability to take in energy from a physical body is no longer possible. Their memory has been wiped through trauma; rape or torture at death or shortly thereafter. They are in a semi-permanent altered state of mental detachment and are easily influenced. Their minds are ripe for re-programming.
The dead (most) have no power. What people perceive as ghosts are usually living people out of their bodies.

The souls can be manipulated, forced to act or not act, by a controller. Their perception can be altered in such a way they see what these manipulators want them to see. For example they may be attacked by someone using dark energy and convinced the person was black. Then “saved” (this is orchestrated) by a white person – all in a dreamlike reality. This would serve to implant a predilection toward white people and a bias against blacks. Sort of like “Birth of a Nation.” This charade is also used to influence dead and unaware, sleeping observers.
You can see a similar show for the masses, conducted by enemies from Mordor, in the Southwest on a regular basis. Here they use attackers who claim to be liberals to demonize liberals. Weird thing is some liberals buy it and cheer on the poser attackers. These members of the old world cult are wealthy white men who’s only “job” it is to run around doing this type of thing.
