It’s time to release the Epstein files; let’s see who’s on that list!
U.S. District Judge Robin L. Rosenberg said today that unsealing grand jury testimony from Jeffrey Epstein’s case would violate grand jury secrecy guidelines (MSN). This comes after a DOJ motion to release the testimony heard by the grand jury.
The notes from the grand jury hearing is not the files Donald Trump promised his base he would reveal. It’s simply an effort to appease his MAGA base.
Some Congressional members are trying to get access to more Epstein information than was promised by Trump. The want to see flight logs and other pertinent information. “A bipartisan effort led by Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California to compel the release of Epstein-related files could have enough support to force a floor vote soon after House lawmakers return from their five-week break in September” (CBSNews).
This comes after Speaker of the House Mike Johnson called an early recess.
I would point out that we already know Trump’s name is in the files (CNN). What I would like to see is who else is on that list.
