The 2016 elections were rife with accusations of voter fraud. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by 3 million. Of the more than 120 million votes cast in the 2016 election, 107,000 votes in three states effectively decided the election. These three districts gave Donald Trump the electoral votes he needed to win. What are the odds these machines were connected to the internet?
The press for the most part blamed Russian influence on the internet. Russia admitted they were trying to influence people to vote for Trump (Reuters). Mark Zuckerberg was brought in front of a congressional inquiry where he apologized for not discovering Russian influence (PBS). This big show would make sense if Trump had won the popular vote. He didn’t; Russian influencing didn’t help Trump win.

The For the People Act had provisions to force State Governments to comply with safe computer voting practices. This includes ensuring voting machines are not connected to the internet. For those who are mathematics challenged; hacking is the way an election can be rigged, not by stuffing ballot boxes. The House ratified the bill but Republican Senators opposed to preventing future election rigging made it impossible to rally the 60 votes required.
Trump handled by Fromm or an associate, protested the election results in 2020. The QAnon group, also under new management, followed suit. The protests were designed to draw attention away from their owners past election rigging. For added affect, the National Guard was delayed (The Hill). The protest was intended to demonize election protests, or disputes, of the future.
Trump has continued to make claims of election fraud against the 2020 elections where he was soundly beaten by Joe Biden. Biden got the electoral college and the popular vote. It probably was not rigged. That doesn’t really matter to Trump.
What matters to Trump and his masters is making people so sick of hearing him mouth off about election fraud no one will ever challenge an election again. It’s a manipulation for their future exploits, get it?
