This man was Karl Roland Freisler (30 October 1893 – 3 February 1945); a German jurist, judge, and politician who served as the State Secretary of the Reich Ministry of Justice from 1935 to 1942 and as president of the People’s Court from 1942 to 1945. Freisler was an ardent Nazi and influenced the legal system during the Nazification of Germany. He oversaw many political trials. Freisler became known for his aggressive personality, his humiliation of defendants, and his frequent use of the death penalty in sentencing. Many of his trials were filmed to be publicly shown.
He would often alternate between questioning the defendants in an analytical manner, then suddenly launch into a tirade, even going so far as to shout insults at the accused from the bench. Friesler died during an allied bombing raid on Berlin while he was conducting a trial.
This man is Robert Ben Rhoades (born November 22, 1945), also known as the Truck Stop Killer, an American serial killer and rapist. Rhoades was brought up in an abusive family; his father was convicted of raping a 12 year old girl.
Rhodes became a long haul truck driver and developed an interest in BDSM. He outfitted the sleeper cab of his truck as a dungeon where he would keep abducted women and girls for extended periods of time. He took pictures of his victims. After a time he would kill the abductees and dump their bodies.
In one instance he contacted the father of a 14 year old girl he had tortured and killed to torment him about it on the phone (Express UK). It is believed he committed at least 50 murders.
