Out of body Handlers handling people of course, have specific skill sets they use to get people to do specific things. The ones handling shooters are the same guys. The same guys that handled the Columbine Shooters handled the shooters in malls, it is important to understand this.

Handlers ( and Controllers) can get people to do some pretty weird stuff. Things that are completely off the hook. As they age and gain experience this is especially true. One thing for sure, they have their specialties.

A firefighter who had learned to get out of body and affect peoples minds is the best guy for starting fires. He can get someone to feel his pyromania and he knows how to start a fire. A pilot who can get out of body can affect someone who is flying in such a way they crash.

Recently mass shooting of mostly black people occurred in Buffalo NY (May 14th) The shooter, Payton Gendron, had been interested in the “replacement theory.” This racist idea states the government is importing foreigners to replace white people in US society. Why he felt the need to attack black Americans based on this belief is beyond me – but he is racist.

Another mass shooting happened in Uvalde TX (May 24th) at an elementary school. Salvador Ramos crashed his grandmother’s car (whom he had shot earlier) through the school barrier and shot 38 people. He killed 17 students and 2 teachers. He was killed by a Border Patrol Agent.

Both these 18 year olds had recently acquired rifles based on the AR15. They had the same Handlers. There were, by necessity, more than one Handler involved. The young shooters’ skill level was probably not acquired in the short time they owned their weapons. They weren’t really doing the shooting.

One thing for sure, no one is thinking about Roe V Wade anymore.

This is an example of another shooter, Arcan Cetin

This is the birth chart of Melvin Purvis. Purvis was a famous FBI agent. He was credited with the capture or killing of Baby Face Nelson, Pretty Boy Floyd and John Dillinger. The problem was J Edgar Hoover got a little jealous of all the press Purvis was getting. He resigned from the FBI in 1939 and practiced law. He joined the Army in WWII and attained the rank of colonel. He was an intelligence officer and was instrumental in gaining convictions of Nazi war criminals during the Nuremburg Trials.

Next is the chart of Wesley Allan Dodd; brainwashed child molester and murderer. He was convicted and executed by hanging in 1993 for the deaths of three boys in southern Washington State. The victims are highlighted in Case Study 5 and Case Study 6.

Lastly is the chart of Arcan Cetin, the shooter at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, WA in 2016. Cetin was born in Turkey. His parents moved to Washington State while he was a child. Possibly they were handled to bring him back to Mordor. Cetin hung himself in jail in 2017 after having admitted to and been convicted of the crime.
