The National Education Association (NEA) is eliminating Jews from their holocaust teachings. They will replace the language with “many different faiths, ethnicities, races, political beliefs.” While technically true 60% of the victims were Jews; they were intentionally targetted. The handbook says NEA will teach that “anti-Zionism is not antisemitism” and support pro-Palestinian activism in schools and universities (TFPP Wire). The NEA is a teachers union with about 2.8 million members.

Meanwhile in Florida the schools are still teaching that blacks benefited from slavery. The state’s phrasing on crucial lessons surrounding the 1920 Ocoee massacre and the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre are labeled as violence perpetrated “against and by” African Americans (Politico).
