Today Border Patrol agents shot 2 people in Portland Oregon. This comes the day after a shooting in Minneapolis Minnesota where an ICE agent killed a woman while standing next to her front driver side fender as she was trying to leave.
The 2 people shot in Portland, a man and a woman, were wounded and are in the hospital. According to Border Patrol agents they are members of the Tren de Aragua cartel from Venezuela. You should be able to see where this is going. Notice there is little mention of the Cartel of the Suns made up of Venezuelan generals that are still running that country.
It would be a mistake to tie the two incidents together. The gang members in Portland are actually criminals. This shooting will appeal to the Donald Trump and JD Vance base and others. Their base will try to make people opposed to ICE out to be stupid for protesting the Oregon incident. They will allow the opposition to tie the two incidents together in order to take the steam out of protests against ICE for the murder of Mrs Good in Minneapolis.
