To get out of one’s body and play Allah (or actually an angel of Allah) to a Muslim is not an easy task. There are some safeguards in place in this religion. For starters one must be able to speak Arabic and have a thorough knowledge of the Quran. It’s not like playing at being the Holy Spirit.
Picking out who might be doing this with Muslim leaders, say of ISIS or Iran, would mean finding some wealthy powerful Controllers or Handlers who had achieved this before. Identifying a motive would also help.
Getting oil company leaders to help Putin by increasing prices was accomplished by telling them it would help the right win seats in the midterms. After Biden called out the companies OPEC cut production. Could these same guys pull off playing an angel of Allah to OPEC leaders for the same purpose? Of course they could. Maduro (Venezuela) and Khameini (Iran) want you to vote Republican! So does Putin.

After 9/11 the Patriot Act emerged but a full martial law shut down and rounding up of undesirables did not. This greatly angered Fromm. He had returned from Saudi Arabia in 1990 or 91 after 10 years. He had developed an understanding of the Koran and ability to speak Arabic. Worried the Patriot Act wouldn’t be supported he developed a plan to give the process a “kick.” The 9/11 attacks had not delivered what he had hoped for.
He and his MF played Allah to two men who were led to meet at the nearby Bellingham, WA YMCA. They had been identified and by an Afrikaner sorcerer in the region.
The two were guided to purchase a car and modify it to conceal a sniper. Then they traveled across the country to Washington DC and shot at motorists on the freeway. They became known as the DC Beltway Snipers. These activities helped buoy support for the Patriot Act as intended. . Here are their charts.
On the left is the chart of the Reverand James Arthur Calata. Calata was a South African Anglican and a founding member of the African National Congress. He joined the ANC in 1930. He and his wife were both arrested on different occasions. He attempted to bring a moderate approach to the fight for equality. In the latter years of his life he used his home as a refuge for the ANC and poverty stricken youth.
On the right is the chart of Lee Boyd Malvo. Malvo met John Allen Muhammed (Case Study 29) and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. Malvo was 17 years old at the time. Together they modified a vehicle to conceal a shooter and became the DC Highway shooters. Muhammed was sentenced to death and Malvo was sentenced to multiple life sentences. Malvo claims he was sexually abused by Muhammed.
On the left is the Death Chart of Barthelemy Boganda (4 April 1910 – 29 March 1959). Boganda was adopted by Catholic Priests in the French Equitorial Africa. He was ordained as a priest in 1938. He got involved in politics and created Movement for the Social Evolution of Black Africa (MESAN). He was defrocked because he married. Boganda’s work and diplomacy with the French government (including Charles De Gualle) led him to become the first Prime Minister of the Central African Republic. While traveling in 1959 a bomb exploded in his plane. No official blame has been established.
On the right is the birth chart of John Allen Muhammed (December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009). Muhammed was half of the Highway Shooters along with Lee Boyd Malvo (see Case Study 28). Muhammed served in the Army beginning in 1978. He was stationed in Fort Lewis and Fort Ord. He was honorably discharged in 1994. Muhammed met Malvo and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. The two modified a car and went on a shooting spree known as the D.C. Sniper Attacks. Muhammed was sentenced to death and was executed by lethal injection in 2009.
The DC snipers were brainwashed and manipulated as punishment by the fascist Controllers of Mordor. They had been black freedom fighters in Africa in their past life.
A Controller guided James Earl Ray on a south after he shot Martin Luther King. Another Controller guided someone in similar white Ford Mustang going North. The latter was pursued by the police while Ray made his escape. Ray (or Karl Harrer) had been a Mason.
You would be correct to see similarities between the strategis of the assassination of MLK and the DC Beltway Snipers. This is because both events were conducted, the individuals “Handled” by the same two guys. They were Fromm and his MF.
