To understand what’s going on in the world we should ask who is controlling or Handling the actors involved. For example, “who was behind 9/11?” should be replaced by “who was playing an Angel of Allah to the lead hijackers?” Guiding someone around to meet certain people can be a way to imply guilt by association. Guiding someone to a ringleader who is also guided to be behind a plot still means the plan originated with the fascist Controllers.
There are some clues. The conspiracy theories spread in books and on the internet are often the result of people who can hear the 4th D propaganda. The “gods” (dirty old baby boomer vampires) they listen to claim it was the Masons, Jews or the “government.” Some of these theorists are loyalists.
Adolf Eichmann’s Amt (Department) IV/B-4 was responsible for identification, roundup and deportation of Jews and Freemasons. Your vampires blame the Jews, Masons and the US government because they hate those entities. The latter because they don’t like democracy. Their leader wants to replace it with a new form of dictatorship. They continuously cook up propaganda, attribute it to others by imitation and speaking (or thinking) for them. They pretend to be pro-government while working against and attempting to infiltrate the same organization. There won’t be a revolution to vault themselves to power if people don’t hate their government.
The 7 Nazi “gods” have always been your gods. They even pretend to be angels of monotheism. They are vampires. If you can see them Handling someone they grasp the person and lean their head over them. It looks like the trinity, that’s where the idea came from. They are living men who simply know how to do more than most.

After 9/11 the Patriot Act emerged but a full martial law shut down and rounding up of undesirables did not. This greatly angered Fromm (Phil). He had returned from Saudi Arabia in 1990 or 91 after 10 years. Someone with hooks into oil companies, particularly BP, had gotten him the appointment. There he developed an understanding of the Koran and ability to speak Arabic. This knowledge is necessary to Handle a Muslim, particularly a devout one.

Fromm (still impersonating Rommel) and his MF pretended to be angels of Allah to two men who were led to meet at the nearby Bellingham, WA YMCA. They had been identified by an Afrikaner giant in BC and led to Bellingham for this purpose. Fromm hadn’t moved outside the walls of Mordor yet.

The two were guided to purchase a car and modify it to conceal a sniper. Then they traveled across the country to Washington DC and shot at motorists on the freeway. They became known as the DC Beltway Snipers. These activities helped buoy support for the Patriot Act as intended.

On the left is the chart of the Reverand James Arthur Calata. Calata was a South African Anglican and a founding member of the African National Congress. He joined the ANC in 1930. He and his wife were both arrested on different occasions. He attempted to bring a moderate approach to the fight for equality. In the latter years of his life he used his home as a refuge for the ANC and poverty stricken youth.
On the right is the chart of Lee Boyd Malvo. Malvo met John Allen Muhammed (Case Study 29) and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. Malvo was 17 years old at the time. Together they modified a vehicle to conceal a shooter and became the DC Highway shooters. Muhammed was sentenced to death and Malvo was sentenced to multiple life sentences. Malvo claims he was sexually abused by Muhammed.
On the left is the Death Chart of Barthelemy Boganda (4 April 1910 – 29 March 1959). Boganda was adopted by Catholic Priests in the French Equitorial Africa. He was ordained as a priest in 1938. He got involved in politics and created Movement for the Social Evolution of Black Africa (MESAN). He was defrocked because he married. Boganda’s work and diplomacy with the French government (including Charles De Gualle) led him to become the first Prime Minister of the Central African Republic. While traveling in 1959 a bomb exploded in his plane. No official blame has been established.
On the right is the birth chart of John Allen Muhammed (December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009). Muhammed was half of the Highway Shooters along with Lee Boyd Malvo (see Case Study 28). Muhammed served in the Army beginning in 1978. He was stationed in Fort Lewis and Fort Ord. He was honorably discharged in 1994. Muhammed met Malvo and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. The two modified a car and went on a shooting spree known as the D.C. Sniper Attacks. Muhammed was sentenced to death and was executed by lethal injection in 2009.
A Controller guided James Earl Ray on a south after he shot Martin Luther King. Another Controller guided someone in similar white Ford Mustang going North. The latter was pursued by the police while Ray made his escape. You would be correct to see similarities between the Handlers’ techniques and the DC Beltway Snipers. They were Fromm and his MF. Phil moved from Watcom County to the eastern part of Mordor in 2017.
