The Controllers of Mordor want to start a race war to save the environment, they said. This was the way they played off attempts made in the 60s and 70s to rile up racial tension. The real reason, they’re racist and it’s a great opportunity to make people disappear without anyone noticing. What every happened to uncle Charlie? No one knows, he vanished during the race wars, probably got killed.
Minorities are targeted by fascists lifetime after lifetime. They will always try to influence the majority (and be a member themselves) to attack minorities. It’s safe for them. They can incite a blood lust in the people, eliminate those who, because they are different, may think differently. It also unites the majority in a fear based but aggressive passion of anger and faux righteousness. They are a violent mob of the masses that can be used help oppress the populace. People join in. It was safer to be a fervent Nazi in Germany than someone opposed.
Creating a race war and making it out to be instigated by liberals worked for them in a pinch. They did not want to upset the right. If a race war manifested itself it would be fought by white supremacists against minorities and those opposed. At a certain point the government would step in. Saying it was for the environment served the Controllers. Their leader, Phil, worked for oil companies his entire life, including in Saudi Arabia.
To help proliferate the lie, that it was environmentalists, other Controllers and/or their loyalists, adopted the role of liberals and sold the idea. If they convince enough environmentalists a race war is a good idea 1) they might actually get their wish 2) if they don’t get their conflagration the attempts are perceived as the fault of tree huggers because many believe it is a good idea. Their participation after the fact makes the lie more believable. The oil guys would still love the giants for being beautiful.
Now consider this; the Controllers involved in guiding the Manson Family, the murder of Dr ML King, the beating of Rodney King (“LA is the asshole of the world!”) are the same Controllers trying to convince people a race war is a good idea. They also did the following.
After 9/11 the Patriot Act emerged but a full martial law shut down and rounding up of undesirables did not. This greatly angered Fromm (Phil). He had returned from Saudi Arabia in 1990 or 91 after 10 years. He had developed an understanding of the Koran and ability to speak Arabic. This knowledge is necessary to Handle a Muslim, particularly a devout one.
Worried the Patriot Act wouldn’t be supported he developed a plan to give the process a “kick.” They were hoping the government would declare martial law and they could disappear anyone they wanted to – anyone aware. Think of it as an Inquisition without the robes. Problem? They didn’t control the Neo Con government to the degree they thought they still did.
Fromm (still impersonating Rommel) and his MF pretended to be angels of Allah to two men who were led to meet at the nearby Bellingham, WA YMCA. They had been identified by an Afrikaner giant in BC and led to Bellingham for this purpose. Fromm moved outside the walls of Mordor later; in 2016.

The two were guided to purchase a car and modify it to conceal a sniper. Then they traveled across the country to Washington DC and shot at motorists on the freeway. They became known as the DC Beltway Snipers. These activities helped buoy support for the Patriot Act as intended.

Why then, would anyone believe the giants of the NW when they claim they are trying to save us from a surveillance state? They are the ones trying to create such a state. Consider, if people joined them in an effort to overthrow the government those people would die. The act itself would encourage more fear, more surveillance, more censorship. They want to rule a society exactly like that.
They aren’t interfering with people burning down the rainforest either.

On the left is the chart of the Reverand James Arthur Calata. Calata was a South African Anglican and a founding member of the African National Congress. He joined the ANC in 1930. He and his wife were both arrested on different occasions. He attempted to bring a moderate approach to the fight for equality. In the latter years of his life he used his home as a refuge for the ANC and poverty stricken youth.
On the right is the chart of Lee Boyd Malvo. Malvo met John Allen Muhammed (Case Study 29) and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. Malvo was 17 years old at the time. Together they modified a vehicle to conceal a shooter and became the DC Highway shooters. Muhammed was sentenced to death and Malvo was sentenced to multiple life sentences. Malvo claims he was sexually abused by Muhammed. This is typical of the Controllers of Mordor methods of f ing people up.
On the left is the Death Chart of Barthelemy Boganda (4 April 1910 – 29 March 1959). Boganda was adopted by Catholic Priests in the French Equitorial Africa. He was ordained as a priest in 1938. He got involved in politics and created Movement for the Social Evolution of Black Africa (MESAN). He was defrocked because he married. Boganda’s work and diplomacy with the French government (including Charles De Gualle) led him to become the first Prime Minister of the Central African Republic. While traveling in 1959 a bomb exploded in his plane. No official blame has been established.
On the right is the birth chart of John Allen Muhammed (December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009). Muhammed was half of the Highway Shooters along with Lee Boyd Malvo (see Case Study 28). Muhammed served in the Army beginning in 1978. He was stationed in Fort Lewis and Fort Ord. He was honorably discharged in 1994. Muhammed met Malvo and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. The two modified a car and went on a shooting spree known as the D.C. Sniper Attacks. Muhammed was sentenced to death and was executed by lethal injection in 2009.
A Controller guided James Earl Ray on a south after he shot Martin Luther King. Another Controller guided someone in similar white Ford Mustang going North. The latter was pursued by the police while Ray made his escape. You would be correct to see similarities between the Handlers’ techniques and the DC Beltway Snipers. They were Fromm and his MF. Phil moved from Watcom County to the eastern part of Mordor in 2017.
