Handling people turns out to be a pretty useful trick. Out of body handlers can get people to make split decisions without thinking about them. The decision to hire or fire someone for example. Or to influence the agent in DC who received a memo from Phoenix about al-Queda backed students at a flight school to ignore the information (azfamily).
Two handlers working together could get a police officer to pull out of the coffee shop at the right time to observe a driver who is also being handled. The officer might pull this driver over who gets out of his car against orders because his handler has confused his mind. The thought of pulling out his cell phone put into his mind might get him to do it. The nervous officer’s handler thinks the driver is reaching for a weapon and the officer fires. If the driver chosen was a mentally handicapped black man, and unarmed…..
The decisions of world leaders can also be influenced by handlers. Today’s democratically run nations with advisors and can be more difficult to sway. With kings or dictators it’s quite simple for handlers to create decisions and policies of an entire nation. With religious leaders the same is true of their dedicated followers.

Controllers prefer to use groups of handlers to create a desired situation in a nation. That is, handlers guide a chosen individual born (put) in a target nation. They spend years making sure their man gets an education and doesn’t get in trouble. They influence the people around him to facilitate his rise to power, often through entry into the nation’s military officer corps. The handlers must speak the language of their ward and understand the culture/religion of the region.
Once their man is installed they get very upset if the person doesn’t achieve power. They will go to great effort to ensure their man rules – they’ve spent decades on the project. The souls they pick for these positions have often been leaders in the past and at least served their masters with loyalty. One of the 7 Controllers might briefly take over the handlers’ ward but will direct their efforts. They decide if one of their subjects is to be sacrificed. When the subject dies he is reprogrammed (raped between lives) and put in a family for his next mission.

The giant Phil (calls himself Rommel but wasn’t) worked for an oil company in the Middle East at a desk job from 1978 through 1990. He probably snoozed often at his desk. During this time the Iran Iraq war (1980 – 1988) raged as did the First Gulf War (1990-1991). Friedrich Fromm probably snoozed at his disk as well.
On the left is the death chart Wilhelm Gustloff (30 January 1895 – 4 February 1936). Gustloff was the founder of the Swiss NSDAP/AO. The NSDAP was the Nazi Party of German citizens abroad. He spent much of his time as a bookseller distributing the “Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion” and other antisemitic literature. He was assassinated by a Croatian Jew, David Frankfurter, in 1936. The NAZI government named a cruise ship in Gustloff’s honor.
On the right is the birth chart of Saddam Hussein (28 April 1937 – 30 December 2006). Hussein was the Socialist, Ba’ath Party dictator of Iraq from about 1979 until the US invasion in 2003. Hussein involved Iraq in a war against Iran (Iran-Iraq War) and the Invasion of Kuwait, kicking off the First Gulf War. During his reign Iraqi security services are believed responsible for 250,000 deaths and disappearances. Most of these efforts were for the suppression of Shi’a and Kurdish members of Iraqi society. There is evidence the Iraqi forces used blister agent against the Kurds and Yazidis in a systematic effort of genocide. The US invasion of Iraq in 2003 ended Hussein’s rule. He was executed by hanging for crimes against humanity (for the 1982 massacre of Shi’ites) in 2006.
