Controllers placed loyal and useful subjects in the countries and families to give them the best starting point to end up in the position of Monarch. In this way they could control entire nations with their guys. These were people who had in past lives held such positions that would facilitate being a king. Hereditary monarchies with a single religion have always been their favorite form of government.

Since the advance of democracies and republics the giant Controllers have had a more difficult time. It is necessary for them to guide their plants from childhood. Hence, they get pretty worked up when one of their boys gets removed and will go to great lengths to remedy the situation. They lose control of a nation.
Everyone watched handlers work the Shah of Iran and some of his generals. They saw guides direct the Ayatollah Khomeini. We noted the Controllers influenced the Carter administration to help Khomeini back to Iran from his exile in France. Carter helped being convinced a peaceful spiritual leader would bring an end to the violence of the Iranian Revolution.
On 24 February 2014 President Viktor Yanukovych of Ukraine fled to Russia. The parliament had issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of corruption and graft. Russian President for life Vladimir Putin began the Annexation of Crimea on the 20th of February. Ethnic Russians and Russian military personnel in civilian clothes demonstrated in support of Yanukovich on the peninsula. On the 27th Russian forces invaded and secured the region and his master’s beloved naval base. World War II demonstrated the disadvantage of lacking a viable navy.
Yanukovich still claimed to be the legitimate head of Ukraine while in exile. On 24 January 2019, he was sentenced in absentia to a thirteen year prison term for high treason by a Ukrainian court.
To reinstall Yanukovich as president of Ukraine Putin would have to take Kyiv. He was directed to wait until, on 24 February of 2022, Russian forces invaded. It was midterm election year in the USA and the giant Controllers expected the US president and NATO would not intervene. It would be easy to criticize them for their inaction.
