Russia has been accused of using chemical weapons in Ukraine (BBC). Vlad Putin‘s forces have been trying to exploit Ukraine’s ammunition shortage due to the chaos caucus’ sabotage in the US House of Representatives by malcontent Matt Gaetz (? – FL). Russian troops have made moderate gains since Oct 3, 2023 (BBC) when Representative McCarthy was ousted, delaying US aid to Ukraine for 6 months.

Some damage control has occurred since then. Donald Trump, who incited the chaos caucus to bar aid to Ukraine, has shifted his stance (Reuters). Marjorie Taylor Greene (R – GA) has gone to great length to distract attention from Gaetz (Financial Times). She has become the loud mouth championing letting Ukraine fall to Russian aggression, torture and sexual violence (The Guardian) while Gaetz remains in the background.

4 days after McCarthy’s ouster Ismael Haniyeh‘s Hamas attacked civilians and ravers in Israel. That also worked to take attention away from Gaetz and the war in Ukraine in general.

There are several fake Phil‘s running around, all distracting attention from him. He’s the one who claims he was Rommel but wasn’t. As long as all the other giants play along, what could go wrong?
