According to Reuters (Pentagon ran secret anti-vax campaign to undermine China during pandemic – June 14, 2024) the US military intelligence operatus ran an anti-Chinese vaccination campaign in the Philippines. This effort started under the Donald Trump administration and was cancelled during Joe Biden’s presidency.
The result was a vastly reduced number of Philippine citizens got vaccinated. Health officials believe deaths of Filippinos could have been prevented. “Although the Chinese vaccines were found to be less effective than the American-led shots by Pfizer and Moderna, all were approved by the World Health Organization. Sinovac (a Chinese company) did not respond to a Reuters request for comment.” (Reuters)
Nikkei Asia reported in 2020 that then President Duarte threatened to end the military pact with the US if more vaccinations weren’t provided to their nation. The US donated several million vaccinations as a result. Duarte also threatened Philippine citizens with jail time if they refused to take the vaccinations (Reuters).
The US military’s intelligence service were once utilized to gain intel on military capabilities, operations, communications and activities; primarily during wars. The use of their organizations to conduct propaganda campaigns is the result of Patriot Act era changes to the intelligence structure in the United States.
This shouldn’t have happened. If the Chinese vaccinations were ineffective or dangerous a public statement could have been made. Using subversion and manipulation of the internet to spread misinformation is not defensible. That the Pentagon is behind it should be illegal is as disturbing. These types of operations are generally the realm of the CIA.
Did you know? Adolf Hitler was an intelligence sergeant in the German Army after WWI. He infiltrated the DAP (German Workers Party), ended up becoming it’s leader and guided it’s morph into the NSDAP (National Socialist German Worker’s Party).
Interesting part of this breaking news story? Just like the Iran Contra Scandal (<blog); the same giants who orchestrated this operation probably made sure it got found out by the press.

After 9/11 the Patriot Act emerged but a full martial law shut down and rounding up of undesirables did not. This greatly angered Fromm and associates. He had returned from Saudi Arabia in 1990 or 91 after 10 years. He had developed an understanding of the Koran and ability to speak Arabic. He and his MF played Allah to two men who were led to meet at the nearby Bellingham, WA YMCA. Their souls had been delivered to the US by an Afrikaner sorcerer. Once reincarnated they had been re identified and guided to meet, probably by another Afrikaner in the NW or BC.
The two were guided to purchase a car and modify it to conceal a sniper. Then they traveled across the country to Washington DC and shot at motorists on the freeway. On the left is the chart of the Reverand James Arthur Calata. Calata was a South African Anglican and a founding member of the African National Congress. He joined the ANC in 1930. He and his wife were both arrested on different occasions. He attempted to bring a moderate approach to the fight for equality. In the latter years of his life he used his home as a refuge for the ANC and poverty stricken youth.
On the right is the chart of Lee Boyd Malvo. Malvo met John Allen Muhammed (Case Study 29) and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. Malvo was 17 years old at the time. Together they modified a vehicle to conceal a shooter and became the DC Highway shooters. Muhammed was sentenced to death and Malvo was sentenced to multiple life sentences. Malvo claims he was sexually abused by Muhammed.
On the left is the Death Chart of Barthelemy Boganda (4 April 1910 – 29 March 1959). Boganda was adopted by Catholic Priests in the French Equitorial Africa. He was ordained as a priest in 1938. He got involved in politics and created Movement for the Social Evolution of Black Africa (MESAN). He was defrocked because he married. Boganda’s work and diplomacy with the French government (including Charles De Gualle) led him to become the first Prime Minister of the Central African Republic. While traveling in 1959 a bomb exploded in his plane. No official blame has been established.
On the right is the birth chart of John Allen Muhammed (December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009). Muhammed was half of the Highway Shooters along with Lee Boyd Malvo (see Case Study 28). Muhammed served in the Army beginning in 1978. He was stationed in Fort Lewis and Fort Ord. He was honorably discharged in 1994. Muhammed met Malvo and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. The two modified a car and went on a shooting spree known as the D.C. Sniper Attacks. Muhammed was sentenced to death and was executed by lethal injection in 2009.
The DC snipers were brainwashed and manipulated as punishment by the fascist Controllers of Mordor. They had been black freedom fighters in Africa in their past life.
A Controller guided James Earl Ray on a south after he shot Martin Luther King. Another Controller guided someone in similar white Ford Mustang going North. The latter was pursued by the police while Ray made his escape. Ray (or Karl Harrer) had been a Mason.
You would be correct to see similarities between the strategis of the assassination of MLK and the DC Beltway Snipers. This is because both events were conducted, the individuals “Handled” by the same two guys. They were Fromm and his MF from Mordor.
