A whistleblower today claimed the investigation into the killing of Renee Good by ICE agent Johnathan Ross was halted because the warrant labeled Good as a “victim” (Business Times). The investigators were told to stand down while language of the warrant was rewritten. The order is believed to have originated with Kash Patel of the FBI.
Ross has been protected from investigation and prosecution by the Donald Trump administration. The lack of accountability is typical of the current regime and it’s disregard for the people, congress and the supreme court.
On 2 March 54 anti-ICE protesters were arrested in Minneapolis near the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building. ICE agents said the situation had deteriorated to a riot and that protesters were throwing objects at agents (International Business Times).
