Recently the press has focused more on the war in Ukraine. The news has mostly been about the drone strikes. The Russians are attacking infrastructure and cities in Ukraine. Ukraine has been targeting Russian oil and war material suppliers.
The recent internet shortages inflicted upon Ukraine by either Elon Musk‘s Starlink or Donald Trump‘s Starshield have demonstrated the current US leadership’s infatuation with Vladimir Putin. Donald Trump also moved to lift sanctions against Russia and begin buying their oil; he waived the Lindsay Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act (Wikipedia)

These executive acts coincide with recent Ukraine advances in their war to regain territory the Russians took in their initial surprise invasion in February of 2022.
What the press leaves out of coverage of this conflict; Ukraine has retaken over 50% of the ground the Russians took in the first few weeks of it’s invasion. Right wing propaganda reporting the Russians are winning this conflict are lies and should be treated as such. This misinformation should be called out.
