Fromm ( Phil who lies and calls himself Rommel ) and the other giant Controllers from WA state like to make people believe they are opponents. They put on shows while out of body to stimulate this view.
One of the WA Controllers brainwashed Charlie Manson while he was incarcerated in McNeil Island Penitentiary (Puget Sound), Phil guided James Earl Ray about the same year. This was their first attempt to start a race war in the US. They tried several other times as well. Phil always proclaims it’s to trim the population for the environment. That’s so others will blame environmentalists and they can be heroes to the right and to the oil industrialists who are aware.
One of the WA Controllers created, Handled and possibly possessed Wesley Alan Dodd in southern WA. He had been an enemy of the Nazis. Reincarnated, he was used to gain control of the souls of 2 musicians and 1 former Nazi. This was risky and they didn’t want to lose one of their own in the attempt. This was pointed out here, and known by others, particularly their loyalists. He was brought back in the northern part of the state and used to shoot up a mall over a girl. They wanted it to appear that those in the southern part of WA brainwashed him, not those in the northern part. They also wanted to show they were for gun control.
Another WA Controller, or maybe the same one, programmed and guided Edmund Munger. When Phil, and another giant, was flying around in northern OR Handling a guy in a similar vehicle as his sons while the latter was visiting the region. The one they handled was a child molester and the idea was to make it appear his son was. The ruse didn’t work. Phil and his buds had to do something to someone.
They had Munger busted by the police. They could have done this at any time during his prolific career as a child molester. They wanted to present a former enemy as the culprit and not bust one of their loyalists. They have plenty of child molesting white servants running around. They do not want to bust a former Nazi if they can avoid it They want them to actively spread dysfunction, set up institutions like churches and remain loyal. By this time Phil had left his original home by Bellingham and moved to the other side of the mountains. This was to play off their allegiance. They sent the molester to prison near Phil, put him in a cell with a relative of one of his victims who killed him. They got his soul to use again and made it appear Phil was righteous all in one go.
Some WA Controllers created the DC Snipers by guiding them to the Bellingham YMCA. There they met Allah, or probably the Angel Gabriel, who was actually a Controller who could speak Arabic like Phil. Some others in the area (includes BC Canada) are also able to speak the language of the Quran. The snipers were also former enemies of white supremacists. The guys were used to encourage the passage of the Patriot Act after 9/11.
Which WA state Controllers did what? They like to keep everyone guessing. It is completely feasible, although unlikely, one of them did all of it. Which giant rapist fascist sorcerer playing god did what isn’t as interesting a question as the fact they all try to make it seem Phil had no part in any of it. This is generally an honor reserved for their actual political boss. Ever the clever politicians they want to give themselves a way to influence the superstitious, wealthy and influential in actual government. To do this one of them needs to look like a good guy.

If the giants (controllers) in the southern part of Mordor are the rapists and enemies with the ones in the northern part, why aren’t they destroying each other? The northern giants could have created the rapists in the southern part. Instead they are putting on a show in the SW to discredit the inhabitants there.
Ted Bundy was also programmed and handled/ possessed by the fascist, rapist giants; Controllers of WA state. He was used to harvest souls that, in turn, were programmed and used to affect politics.

Theda Bara (July 29, 1885 – April 7, 1955) was an silent film actress who is considered one of the first sex symbols of American theater. She changed her name from Theodosia Burr Goodman. Many of her films were lost in the Fox vault fire of 1937. She married in 1921 and retired from acting in 1926. She died of stomach cancer in 1955.
Debra Jean Kent (March 12, 1957 – November 8, 1974) was one of brainwashed soul harvester Ted Bundy’s many victims (see Case Study 15). She was murdered at the age of 17. She disappeared after leaving a school play in Washington State. Her remains were not recovered but Bundy had been seen in the theater parking lot while the play was in progress. Bundy confessed to the crime.
Chandra Levy (April 14, 1977 – c. May 1, 2001) was a grad student on an internship in Washington DC working for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She vanished while on a jog in a local park. She was being used by having an affair with Representative Gary Condit (D-CA). Although the police searched the park her remains were not found until a year later. Condit’s affair with the victim came out in the investigation and it ruined his political career. Condit was on the House Intelligence Committee. He opposed NAFTA, the repeal of the Glass-Steagal Act and the Iraq War. Ingmar Guandique was later arrested for the crime, tried and convicted in 2009. He had been arrested for assault previously in the same park. In 2015 he was granted a retrial and deported to his home country of El Salvador. Someone figured out that an affair ala Monica Lewinski and Bill Clinton wouldn’t bring down a politician.
