We have seen through reincarnation research how peoples’ souls have been brainwashed, changed, to become rapists (example Ted Bundy). How exactly does this occur? What is the method.
To understand this one must understand the dead, those between lifetimes, are in a dream like state. They are vulnerable to suggestion, childlike. The dead have no power, the living do.
They are put through a trauma by living sorcerers so they will forget anything prior, basically who they are. That trauma may be rape or torture. These are not the good shepherds.
These sorcerers, Controllers and their underlings, abuse these souls. They rape the dead souls (male and female) for sick pleasure and control. They brainwash women to hate one person, love another. This is done using sex as punishment and reward.
The rapes can be accomplished in such a way to create a rapist out of an otherwise normal soul.
One method is for one of their rapist underlings, out of body, to possess the energy body of another and then commit rapes. The possessed subject can be another person out of their body or a dead soul. This affects their subconscious after awaking or reincarnating.
A second method is the Controller mentally forces the person to commit the rapes. This also works on the subconscious. After experiencing repeated rapes in these fashions their subconscious becomes altered – they become a rapist. The rapist Controller or Handlers thoughts and feelings overpower the subject’s mind. It takes one to make one.
Bereishit (Genesis) 14:21 And the king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the souls, and the possessions take for yourself.”
Abram refused.
This strategy can be observed in Santa Fe. The Controllers of Washington state have encamped themselves around their liege’s son. They are using terrorism to influence the masses. They are doing what they do to souls in their fiefdom for the 9 months to a year in the darkness. Here they are doing it in light so they can 1) blame the SW town for their crimes and 2) make people think Phil’s son is doing it. Such is the amazing intelligence of the Nazi gods.
They can be identified as (usually) dark energy giants. They will be laying on their belly or leaning/hovering over the rape scene they create with their minds. Phil is usually behind his son yelling so his voice comes out in the victims energy – he thinks he can make people think his son is creating it. He is controlling the victim(s) so they cannot escape.
These guys are responsible for this among other things.
The former is Karl Willigut, Nazi occultist and member of Heinrich HImmler’s staff. He was conscripted at the age of 17 into the army of Milah I, King of Serbia and eventually received a commission. He served with distinction in WWI and attained the rank of colonel, retiring in 1918. He claimed to be the heir to secret knowledge he called Irminism. It was a form of Ariosophy, occult beliefs stemming from researching Aryans. He had been involuntarily committed to an asylum by his wife but was later released. His work for Himmler was in the development of Germany as the new religious center of the world they were trying to dominate. He created rites and a mythos claiming it to be the “true German religion.” He was released from his appointment when Himmler found he had been involuntarily committed. His writings came back into interest in the 1990s by Neo Nazi, Neo paganism and National Socialist black metal.
The latter is mass murderer and soul harvester Gary Ridgeway, known as the “Green River Killer” after the river in Washington where he dumped the bodies of his victims. He murdered up to 71 women in the 80s and 90s. Like many mass murders, Ridgeway preyed on sex workers or “sinners” in line with religious traditions. He had been programmed, aware of it or not, to collect souls. Those women would also be brainwashed. Groomed by out of body sorcerers from a young age they can be used in their next lifetime for the political ambitions (Case Study 33) of a Controller or as part of a psychic harem. The one(s) controlling them are rich, white and live long lives. They can have one of their victims through 2 or even 3 lifetimes considering the victims lives are short.
Ridgeway is serving a life sentence. He will be able to get out of body and run around doing as he chooses. This is the same sentence given to James Earl Ray (Case Study 16), Dr Martin Luther King’s assassin. It is not the same sentence given to Dustin Higgs (Case Study 39). Higgs was executed for murders he didn’t commit. There is no possible way with all the big ones running around out of body in Washington State Ridgeway could have committed the murders unnoticed.
They are also responsible for programming guys like the one below.
This is Raoul Wallenberg (4 August 1912 – disappeared 17 January 1945). Wallenberg was a Swedish diplomat to Budapest who issued passports to, and hid, Jews on the embassy grounds. He was able to save tens of thousands of Jews from the holocaust. It was believed he had ties to US intelligence. Near the end of the war he was taken prisoner by the Soviet Union. The Kremlin issued a statement saying he had died suddenly while in custody.
There have been numerous theories about his disappearance and reported “sightings” of him in mental institutions up until 1987. Vyacheslav Nikonov was charged by the Russian government with investigating Wallenberg’s fate in 1991. “He concluded that Wallenberg died in 1947, executed while a prisoner in Lubyanka. He may have been a victim of the C-2 poison (carbylamine-choline-chloride) tested at the poison laboratory of the Soviet secret services.“
This man is Robert Munger (Nov 30, 1949 – June 10, 2020). Munger was a child molester from southern Washington State. He had been programmed and handled to serve the fascist Controllers as punishment for saving Jews.
During the Shit Show of the Northwest in 2017, Phil was using a molester pretending to be his son to set up the former traveling in a similar vehicle. It didn’t work. They had to arrest someone and Munger was their choice; because of his past life. We can’t say for sure he was the one being used in the setup game.
He was sentenced, at the age of 70, to 43 years in prison by the Cowlitz County court. He was transferred to a prison in Spokane County, near Phil. This was to play off his involvement. The brother of one of Munger’s victims was put in the same cell. He killed Munger in “righteous retribution.”
