Ole Vlad Putin’s <<< adventurism into Ukraine is still not going well. His troops are getting another push together. Vlad was going to conscript 500K more troops but succeeded in rounding up about 130K. These kids have been in the Russian Army for about 2 months, they don’t stand a chance. Yesterday Ukraine reported 5,000 Russian casualties (NY Post). The only way Putin’s initial push succeeded was the element of surprise, he won’t be getting a second chance at that. As the bombings of London, Dresden and Tokyo in WWII show, rocketing civilians isn’t going to break the Ukrainian will either.
When Vlad’s lapdog Viktor Yanukovich<< got kicked out of office Russia invaded Crimea. When his lapdog Alexander Lukashenko <<<was going to get ousted he put 30K Russian troops in Belarus to keep him in power. Ukraine now has a Jewish president and look what happened. What Putin doesn’t get is they and he are all someone else’s lapdogs.
Back in his KGB days he was supplying and directing efforts of the Red Army Faction (Grunge). US troops in West Germany were attacked by them. Even the Munich Olympics Massacre has been linked to his influence with Ulrike Meinhoff.
The Marxist gods of Mordor helping him out are really just using him to further their own agenda. They did the same with Hitler last time. Vlad will go into the history books as the asshole while they settle in to their new empire; Russia. He’ll be lucky to be in a position of power in future lifetimes. It would be like Hitler reincarnating and running for office – his appearance will ensure that’s not going to happen.
Weird thing is, the souls from this war are probably going to China. They recently announced incentives for people who have children (SCMP). That doesn’t make Phil happy.
My advice to Vlad; send the troops home, offer some land on the Russian side of the border to the separatists, go to your beach front mansion, smoke a joint and sit in the hot tub. Resign and enjoy the rest of this life.

Controlling a region in the world means controlling several countries. Generally a powerful country will have allies or buffer states next door. This is much easier to set up when one can put chosen souls into the royalty of those countries and then guide them to rule. The Vedas describe the existence of this technique, they just don’t tell you the gods are actually people. They then have a psychic puppet in charge of a nation.
Controllers do not care for democracy. It takes much more effort to get that to happen in a democracy. An example of taking over a country (in this case for oil) using reincarnation is Case Study 41.
The gods, or Controllers, get very angry when this process is interfered with. They have used trickery and outright war to put their boys back in charge. Particularly when building a new empire for their future life.
Sometimes there is more to a war than all the historians, theorists, psychologists and politicians understand. Take Vlad Putin‘s invasion of Ukraine with the assistance of Alexander Lukashenko‘s Belarus. It all really started in 2014 when Viktor Yanukovich was ousted by Ukraine’s parliament. To add insult to injury a Jew is now the president of Ukraine.
It is also easier to invade and take over a neighboring country when one has allies in positions of power and influence in the target country. A military commander or politician of high status can sabotage the nation from within. Have you considered the Third Reich’s invasion of France in 1940 was almost too easy? The British beat feet realizing the French were simply giving up.
After the French German Armistice was signed the government of the Vichy French was set up. They collaborated with the Nazis and even fought a naval battle against the US near Casablanca. The president of this puppet government was Philippe Petain. Here is the result of his reincarnation case study.

Hermann von Boyen (20 June 1771 – 15 February 1848) was a Prussian military officer who fought in many wars and battles. He retied for 21 years and studied history. He was called back into active service by King Frederick William IV in 1841 appointing him War Minister. He received the rank of Field Marshall in 1847. A fortress in Lotzen was named after him.

Phillipe Petain (24 April 1856 – 23 July 1951) was a hero of France for his command of the French 2nd Army during the battle of Verdun. He served as Marshal of the French military during the interwar period. After the Fall of France in 1940 he became the head of the Vichy French government and was tried and convicted of treason after WWII. His sentence was commuted in June 1951 and he died about a month later.
