The programming of this soul was achieved by a fascist psychologist Controller of Mordor in a different way; during the lifetime. There may or may not have been programming between lifetimes. What we can tell is there was from his childhood on.
As mentioned before in Creating a Spartan Army, child rape played a part in Manson’s programming. They like to program former enemies to do their dirty work in this lifetime.
Charles Manson’s mother was an alcoholic who spent time during his childhood in prison for assault and robbery. Charles’ life of crime started at the age of nine when he tried to burn down the school. He was involved in petty theft as a young boy and by the age of 15 he had stolen a car and committed armed robberies.
“At the (Indiana Boys School), other students allegedly raped Manson with the encouragement of a staff member, and he was repeatedly beaten. He ran away from the school eighteen times” (Wikipedia).” Were the kids and staff possessed or something?
In July 1961, he was transferred from the Los Angeles County Jail to the United States Penitentiary at McNeil Island, Washington where he stayed incarcerated until 1967. During this time he became infatuated with The Beatles and was introduced to hypnosis. It would be interesting to know what his dreams were about; he was being programmed.
He moved to Northern California and created the Manson Family cult. In 1969 they killed Sharon Tate and 4 others (Wikipedia). Tate was the pregnant wife of Jewish holocaust survivor and director Roman Polanski.

On the left is the death chart of Karl Harrer founder of the DAP or Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, the German Worker’s Party. This organization would later morph into the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei better known as the NAZI party. Hitler was sent by German Military intelligence to infiltrate the party and ended up transforming it from a semi secret society into a socialist, populist movement. Harrer left the organization as he was opposed to this transformation. Harrer was a right wing political author and white supremacist. Hitler honored him with the title Reichs Chancellor.
On the right is the birth chart of loyalist James Earl Ray. Ray was deeply interested in the election campaign of George Wallace and his segregationist stance. He was also interested in emigrating to Rhodesia to live in an apartheid like society. Ray is best known for the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King on April 4th, 1968.
James Earl Ray was probably not brainwashed but he was guided by a handler. The handlers were still in their 20’s, honing their skills. The giant Phil of Mordor bragged about being Ray’s handler. In 1968 after the murder, when Phil realized he could be seen he claimed he was Rommel reincarnated – even though he wasn’t. This was to pass the buck to the real Rommel. The killing of Dr Martin Luther King did not start the race war the fascist giants of Mordor wanted. They claimed, afterwards, this war was in the interest of environmentalism.
