We’ve established the Controllers in “Little Germany” don’t have qualms about killing and raping children (see last three posts). Those people are brainwashed and used in the Controllers socialist, white supremacist campaign. We also know they target specific individuals. Some of these are musicians, feminist writers and those who opposed the Third Reich.
To understand what is going on here it’s the purpose of soul harvesting. The idea is that when one has been raped and murdered (also terrorized between lifetimes) they will love the one who murdered them. In actuality they fear the person but don’t have a memory to associate the fear with. They will believe the offender’s lies, do as the offender tells them and in a Stockholm Syndrome sort of way-love them. That’s the point of raping then burning women at the stake and murderers harvesting souls. Sounds weird; why do so many women propose to serial killers? The same technique is used on boys, just like Sparta. Notice how they blame this on Hollywood, the Clintons and a pizza parlor.
We also know they target those who were loyal Nazis. This seems odd. If one understands the Controllers want to keep their loyalists under control it makes sense. They are the ones who might give the bosses a run for their money in a future lifetime. Controllers don’t select the smartest ones to serve them. They do not want their troopers to know they have been and will be targeted for rape and programming. The brainwashing of those who were opposed to them is greeted with fanfare and back patting. The rape and murder of a loyalist isn’t something they want their underlings to notice.
Controllers regard souls they own as property and not just for one lifetime. They generally respect each others claim. A Controller rarely takes a soul from another Controller’s region. This may happen because the Emperor has called for it. It is done to intimidate and possibly make another seem guilty. If the latter is “dirtied up” they are less likely to talk about these occurrences.

Here is an example of a soul being taken from another region by the Emperor and his goons.
On the left is the birth chart of Adela Rodgers St Johns, a renowned writer. She wrote novels, screenplays, and was a journalist employed by William Randolph Hearst (see Case Study 7). She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1970. She covered the 1935 trial of Bruno Hauptmann who was convicted for the murder of Charles LIndburgh’s son. She was noted for her coverage of the assassination of Huey Long. Long was a Louisiana politician known for backing the rights of black and impoverished people and standing against corporate interests, in particular Standard Oil.
She passed away in 1988. She would have been someone to talk to, having lived through the rise of the Third Reich. Her awareness would have given her the ability to recognize similar events and give an accounting of them.
On the right is the birth chart of JonBenet Ramsey. JonBenet was a child beauty contestant. She was found dead in her family’s home in Boulder, Colorado in 1996 under suspicious circumstances . The case hasn’t been solved. The family theory is that either her father John or her brother Burke<<< had been involved. There is also the unknown intruder theory; that someone entered unnoticed and killed her. The Controllers involved intimidated the aware who reside in the area (see Case Study 13). Her soul was taken to Mordor with other former feminists.
