Anwar al-Awlaki was an American born Muslim of Yemeni parents who emigrated to the United States. His father was a university student working on his doctorate. He lived in New Mexico until he was 7 then returned to Yemen with his family. He returned to the United States and earned a Bachelors in Civil Engineering (1994) from Colorado State University.
He was a member of the Muslim Student Association. He visited Afghanistan in the aftermath of the Soviet Invasion. He became an unofficial religious leader, preaching as an imam. He encouraged followers to go to Chechnya and help fight against Russian forces.
From 1996 to 2000, al-Awlaki was imam of the Masjid Ar-Ribat al-Islami mosque in San Diego, California, where he had a following of 200–300 people. U.S. officials later alleged that Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, hijackers of American Airlines Flight 77, attended his sermons and personally met him during this period, although Al-Awlaki told authorities their conversations were trivial in nature. Anwar al-Awlaki rubbed shoulders with several people involved in terrorist attacks. Most had come to hear him speak. He distributed recorded lectures and the FBI made connections with his material and followers to different terrorist attacks and attempts. These included a planned terrorist attack in Toronto in 2006, a 2007 attack planned at Fort Hood, the 2009 Little Rock recruiting office shooting and the 2010 Times Square bomber. The 2009 Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hassan visited al-Awlaki’s mosque.
Gerald Feierstein, former US Ambassador to Yemen, believed Anwar al-Awlaki was behind the shipping of bombs to Chicago from Yemen in cargo planes in 2010.
Anwar al-Awlaki was killed in a US drone strike in Al Jawf Governorate, Yemen on 30 September 2011.
Always looking for a scape-goat, the giant Phil and his cohorts from Mordor had set their sights on New Mexico and Colorado after their failed attempt to start Helter Skelter with the beating of Rodney King in 1991 in LA; “the asshole of the world.” They blamed them for relaying the warning from Oregon. By 1993 their puppet Jeffrey Epstein had been directed to purchase a property and try to gain dirt on people in the state capitol. Al-Awlaki was a natural choice of someone to handle.
By guiding other perpetrators they were handling to rub shoulders with al-Awlaki the image was painted that these terrorists worked for, or were inspired by, him. If they were or not isn’t important. They would have committed these acts as directed anyway. The giant “gods” were creating support for the Patriot Act and attempting to create a larger conflict.
The final act necessary was to have a zombie in the CIA track him and have him executed- to make the news. In this way al-Awlaki was used to frame the giants of Santa Fe by the Controllers of Mordor. They’re the same guys putting on the rape show every night in the South West.
They would use the law suit against the US as fuel for revolutionary fervor even though they directed the agents who tracked al-Awlaki down and probably encouraged his execution. It requires a different dragon of course, they have to stick to their roles.
Not many of the wealthy white fascist giants who used to be royalty in Europe can convince a Muslim psychic they are talking to an angel of Allah. They must be able to speak Arabic – the language of Allah. They must have knowledge of the Quran. To get out of body and play an Islamic angel takes practice.
The two were guided to purchase a car and modify it to conceal a sniper. Then they traveled across the country to Washington DC and shot at motorists on the freeway. They became known as the DC Beltway Snipers. These activities helped buoy support for the Patriot Act.

On the left is the chart of the Reverand James Arthur Calata. Calata was a South African Anglican and a founding member of the African National Congress. He joined the ANC in 1930. He and his wife were both arrested on different occasions. He attempted to bring a moderate approach to the fight for equality. In the latter years of his life he used his home as a refuge for the ANC and poverty stricken youth.
On the right is the chart of Lee Boyd Malvo. Malvo met John Allen Muhammed (Case Study 29) and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. Malvo was 17 years old at the time. Together they modified a vehicle to conceal a shooter and became the DC Highway shooters. Muhammed was sentenced to death and Malvo was sentenced to multiple life sentences. Malvo claims he was sexually abused by Muhammed.
On the left is the Death Chart of Barthelemy Boganda (4 April 1910 – 29 March 1959). Boganda was adopted by Catholic Priests in the French Equitorial Africa. He was ordained as a priest in 1938. He got involved in politics and created Movement for the Social Evolution of Black Africa (MESAN). He was defrocked because he married. Boganda’s work and diplomacy with the French government (including Charles De Gualle) led him to become the first Prime Minister of the Central African Republic. While traveling in 1959 a bomb exploded in his plane. No official blame has been established.
On the right is the birth chart of John Allen Muhammed (December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009). Muhammed was half of the Highway Shooters along with Lee Boyd Malvo (see Case Study 28). Muhammed served in the Army beginning in 1978. He was stationed in Fort Lewis and Fort Ord. He was honorably discharged in 1994. Muhammed met Malvo and Allah at the Bellingham, WA YMCA. The two modified a car and went on a shooting spree known as the D.C. Sniper Attacks. Muhammed was sentenced to death and was executed by lethal injection in 2009.
A Controller guided James Earl Ray on a south after he shot Martin Luther King. Another Controller guided someone in similar white Ford Mustang going North. The latter was pursued by the police while Ray made his escape. You would be correct to see similarities between the Handlers’ techniques and the DC Beltway Snipers. They were Fromm and his MF.
