Dr Martin Luther King (January 15, 1929 – April 4, 1968) was an American preacher, civil rights leader and philosopher. He organized non violent marches and protests to demonstrate for voting rights, workers rights, against Jim Crow laws and US involvement in the Vietnam War. His effective oratory style and political views launched him to the forefront of the civil rights movement. King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his leadership in 1964.
The 1965 King helped organize the Selma Marches to protest southern states’ utilization of fraud, poll taxes, literary tests, voter intimidation, denial of registration based on color, and other methods to repress the black vote. The marches were met with violent assaults by police and racist anti protesters. The death of Unitarian minister James Reeb from injuries suffered by an attack of club wielding KKK members and video of horse mounted police assaulting protesters brought world wide attention. The events led to the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
King was investigated by the FBI and arrested 4 times. The FBI sought to gain information on his personal life and demonstrate communist ties. In 1983 Martin Luther King day became a national holiday by a veto resistant vote of 338 to 90. Senator Jesse Helms (R-NC) led a filibuster against the vote claiming King was a communist. President Ronald Reagan apologized to the King family after remarks insinuating the same before signing the bill into law (Politico).
In April of 1968 James Earl Ray shot and killed Dr King before fleeing in an attempt to reach Rwanda.
Power without love is reckless and abusive, and love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love. Martin Luther King Jr. YouTube

On the left is the death chart of Karl Harrer founder of the DAP or Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, the German Worker’s Party. This organization would later morph into the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei better known as the NAZI party. Hitler was sent by German Military intelligence to infiltrate the party and ended up transforming it from a semi secret society into a populist movement. Harrer left the organization as he was opposed to this transformation. Harrer was a right wing political author and white supremacist. Hitler honored him with the title Reichs Chancellor.
On the right is the birth chart of James Earl Ray. Ray was deeply interested in the election campaign of George Wallace and his segregationist stance. He was also interested in emigrating to Rhodesia to live in an apartheid like society. Ray is best known for the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King.
There are many conspiracy theories involving the FBI, Military Intelligence, the Memphis PD and others. One theory is about a 2nd white Ford Mustang (like the one driven by Ray) being parked on the same block as the hotel where Ray had checked in. Later a car chase (pursuit of a white Mustang) ensued that lured the police north, while Ray drove south out of town. Officials deny the chase ever took place, effectively whitewashing this theory.
Ray went to Canada, London, Portugal and back to London. He was attempting to go to Rwanda were he thought he would be welcome as a hero. Or rather where his guide (pretending to be someone he wasn’t) thought he would. He was arrested there two months after the assassination. He plead guilty and avoided the death penalty. Three days after his conviction he recanted his confession.
James Earl Ray was probably not brainwashed but was guided by handlers. The handlers were still in their 20’s, honing their skills. The giant Phil of Mordor bragged about being Ray’s handler. In 1968 after the murder, when Phil realized he could be seen he claimed he was Rommel reincarnated – even though he wasn’t. This was to pass the buck to the real Rommel. But he did not ride a tank with a general’s rank; he rode a desk
One thing we can say for sure, it’s difficult to start a race war when a influential black man is stumping for peace. See Case Study 10.
