Above; Hernan Cortes and Ruhollah Khomeini
The 7 giant Controllers, out of body people, who play god to mankind have been doing so for a long time. When they can collect souls; sacrificed, after a war, a kangaroo court or by selective murder, they try to keep them until they reincarnate. The souls of the dead are in permanent dream state and easily manipulated, highly open to suggestions that will stay in their subconscious.
They use fear (torture and rape) to make them “love” their new master even in the next lifetime. They will believe any lie they are told by, obey without question and adore their master. They will not consciously recognize him, but will behave according to this programming.
Others will not treat the souls in their charge this way.
This is why after a battle the king of Sodom beseeches Abraham to take what he liked but leave the souls. A request Abraham artfully declined.
Bereshit 14:21 And the king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the souls, and the possessions take for yourself.”22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I raise my hand to the Lord, the Most High God, Who possesses heaven and earth 23 Neither from a thread to a shoe strap, nor will I take from whatever is yours, that you should not say, ‘I have made Abram wealthy.’ “
In chapter 17, Abraham is asked again to go to the land of Canaan this time by a Controller who calls himself a demon ( שַׁדַּ֔י ). He had already been told to journey there, and did, in chapter 12. Is this the same guy asking him to go again? Could this be an intentional hint we are not dealing with the same “god?”
Bereshit 17:8 ‘And I will give you and your seed after you the land of your sojournings, the entire land of Canaan for an everlasting possession, and I will be to them as a god.” 9 And he said to Abraham, “And you shall keep my covenant, you and your seed after you throughout their generations. 10 This is my covenant, which you shall observe between Me and between you and between your seed after you, that every male among you be circumcised.“
There are two points to make from these verses. The first is; the god of the Canaanites was Moloch. The people sacrificed their firstborn children to this “god” (for example 2 Kings 23 and Jeremiah 19). He was able to take these child souls to re-program through abuse before they would again reincarnate. The second is this guy has a fascination with foreskins. Circumcision is a traumatic experience to make sure the child forgets the time between lifetimes.
The 7 giant Controllers harvested souls during the war for the Iberian Peninsula and from the Spanish Inquisition. There was too much comparative religion going on in Andalusia. These guys know their secrets are buried in the Tanakh and wish to wipe out Judaism (and Yazidism) forever. We know today that they can travel anywhere in the world they like while out of their bodies but navigation can be a problem. They traveled out of body to the New World.
Montezuma, king of the Aztecs, was directed by whomever he thought was “god” to sacrifice people from captured tribes. When he wanted to talk (summon) his master he would go up in the pyramid and pierce his foreskin with a porcupine quill. The Controller playing god to Montezuma knew the year that Quetzalcoatl was supposed to return simply by getting his subject to think about it.
Conveniently, Hernan Cortes was given the promise of a governorship in Mexico. He was born in Hispanola. The appointment was revoked but his Controller directed him to go anyway. The people of Central America didn’t think he was a god because he had horses or guns. Since the year was correct they thought he was Quetzalcoatl returned. They saw who was on his back.
When Cortes arrived the tribes of those conquered by the Aztecs joined forces with him. This is because, as planned, Montezuma had sacrificed their sons and daughters. An action can be planned to create a reaction.
In 1978 when Phil (lives in WA) was working in Saudi Arabia for Aramco, the Iranian Revolution kicked off. The Shah had been dealing with protests and a counter insurgency of Shia Muslims. The Shah, a progressive, had been pushing Islamist buttons by considering changing the calendar to one based on Zoroastrianism (as opposed to the Islamic one) and allowing women to vote.
Shah Pahlavi suspended the constitution and everyone else got angry as well. His security forces (with Handled leaders?) were heavy handed. The situation was dire. The wise gods of Mordor suggested returning the Ayatollah from exile in France saying he would bring peace to the nation. Khomeini even promised his intention was not to take over the country, taqiyya.
Khomeini’s Controller guided him to lead the Shia clergy and manipulate other factions of the revolution. After victory over the Shah he destroyed them as well. The constitution was never restored.

Lastly is the chart of Arcan Cetin (20 August 1996 – 16 April 2016), the shooter at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, WA in 2016. Cetin was born in Turkey. His parents moved to Washington State while he was a child. Cetin hung himself in jail in 2017 after having admitted to and been convicted of the crime.
He had been taken to the northern part of the state in his next life. He was made “not gay anymore” near the place where Phil lived at the time. This was to alleviate any suspicions the fraud Rommel (who is really Fromm) had anything to do with his programming.
